Israel thinks the IAEA is purposefully underexposing Iran's bomb making activity. IAEA chief Mohamed ElBaradei, who is to vacate his post in December, has said the UN watchdog does not have any evidence suggesting Iran is developing a nuclear weapons programme. Meanwhile, everyone from the DA of Manhattan to the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff has concluded that Iran not only can build a bomb, but that they are most probably building a bomb.
